Since inception in 2002, Shine Dance has grown to host nine annual competitions nationally. They are one of Canada’s foremost dance competition companies and service over 4,000 competitive dancers each season throughout the country.
PROCESS REVIEW AND SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION
The Director at Shine Dance wanted to streamline the team time management and invoicing processes as well as conduct meaningful analyses of staff activities and performance in relation to utilization business goals.
I facilitated vendor selection and implementation of a new team time and invoice management system and built a dashboard to provide automated insights on Shine's key metrics.
